Symposium about Yinka Shonibare

Based on work and themes from Yinka Shonibare's artistic career, the Nationalmuseum organised a symposium led by Director Susanna Pettersson. The speakers were Annika Gunnarsson, curator at Moderna Museet, Salad Hilowle, artist, Martina Björkman Nyqvist, researcher at the Stockholm School of Economics, and Michael Barrett, curator at the Museum of Ethnography.

After the lectures, PREKS Executive Director Sara Sandström presented the film Captured Moments which was screened for the first time.
